Hi. I’m Rachelle Oseran. For over 30 years I have helped hundreds of women heal their diastasis recti, rectify pelvic floor imbalance and strengthen their core. It’s never too late. I’ve helped people aged 20 – 75 relieve their pain, look better, feel stronger, and live more confidently.
